Turn the work and bind off as follows:
The general bind-off technique is: k2,*return to left needle,k2tog through back loop,k1,repeat from* until no unworked stitches remain.
To get a nace edging for the cables, you should cross the cables as required (C4F for the outer edging, and C4F for the first set of 4 stithes on the center cable) and then use the bind-off technique describet above to close the stitches. This means that you start the bind-off row by slipping the first two stitches to a cable needle, then slip 2 stitches to the right needle, replace stitches from cable needle to left needle, then replace stitches from right needle to the left needle. All stitches are now back on the left hand needle, but the first cable is crossed. Then k2,*return to left needle,k2tog through back loop.k1,repeat from*.You then continue in this fashion until you reach the center braid. There you cross the cable, and continue the bind-off.Again,continue until you reach the last cable(4sts left on the needles).Cross that cable and bind off the last few stitches.
